The "Sunshine Letterbox", placed by "Steve", was lost to critters or the
elements in late 2004. Yesterday I placed a new box in the same site.

The box site has changed a little since Steve made the clues, as it
appears that the site is still in active use by the local fire
department. Hope the new box can stand the heat...
